You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to place an order. E-bike and e-scooter riders must meet all age, licensing, and helmet requirements under California law.

We try to describe products accurately, but colors, specifications, and packaging may vary. Availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and payment is captured. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct errors, and refuse or cancel any order.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is collected in accordance with California CDTFA requirements.

Some products qualify for utility rebates through Pasadena Water & Power (PWP), Glendale Water & Power (GWP), or similar programs. You are responsible for confirming your eligibility.

• Advertised post-rebate pricing is described as "$0 after rebate," never "free." The rebate is a separate benefit administered by the utility, not a discount from Pedal Hut.
• PWP: applies to qualifying e-bikes at a minimum bike price of $500 enforced at checkout. Rebate amount and program rules are set by PWP and subject to change or program closure.
• GWP: each applicant must complete their own separate transaction and provide a completed IRS Form W-9. Rebate amount and program rules are set by GWP.
• You authorize Pedal Hut to submit your rebate application and share required information with the utility.
• Pedal Hut is not responsible for rebate denials, delays, program budget exhaustion, program suspension, or utility policy changes.
• If a rebate is denied, reversed, or clawed back after purchase, you remain responsible for the full purchase price.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer when we send an order confirmation and capture payment. Payment is due at checkout via the methods we accept. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Home delivery is available only within our defined service area (approximately a 45-minute drive from our Pasadena shop) and only to ZIP codes on our current delivery allowlist. In-store pickup is available at Unit C26, One Colorado. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

E-bikes and e-scooters can be dangerous. You acknowledge that operating an e-bike or e-scooter involves risk of injury, property damage, and death. You agree to:

• Wear a helmet and use appropriate safety gear
• Follow all federal, state, and local laws, including California Vehicle Code provisions applicable to e-bikes and motorized scooters
• Operate the product only within manufacturer specifications
• Not modify speed limiters, throttles, or battery systems

You assume all risks associated with use of the product to the fullest extent allowed by law.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Pedal Hut passes through the manufacturer warranty and assists with claims. Except as required by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pedal Hut is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

All content on pedalhut.com, including logos, text, images, video, and layout, is owned by Pedal Hut or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access non-public areas, interfere with security features, or use the site to violate any law.

Our site may link to third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance.
