Purchase & Pick Up
Purchase and pick up your e-bike at our shop — 26 Smith Alley, Pasadena, CA 91103. Keep your receipt, you'll need it.
Submit Your Rebate
Submit your GWP rebate application at glendaleca.gov with your receipt, e-bike photo, serial number photo, and W9 — get your check back in 2-3 weeks.

Who is eligible for the Glendale e-bike rebate?▼
Any current Glendale Water & Power residential electric customer can apply. The bike must be purchased new and be a Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike.
How much is the rebate?▼
Glendale Water & Power offers up to $300 back on the purchase of a qualifying new e-bike. Rebate amounts and program rules are set by GWP and may change.
Do I have to buy the bike in person?▼
No. You can buy online or in-store at our Pasadena flagship. Either way, we will give you the receipt and documentation GWP needs.
How long does the rebate take?▼
Most customers receive their rebate check 4–6 weeks after GWP approves a complete application. GWP handles all approvals directly.
Can I combine the Glendale rebate with other offers?▼
GWP's program rules determine stacking. Ask us at checkout and we will point you to the current GWP guidelines.
