Pasadena Water & Power
$500 back per bike
Up to 2 rebates per PWP account ($1,000 max). Income-qualified customers get an extra $500/bike (up to $2,000 — must be enrolled at time of application).
Who qualifies
- PWP residential electric customer (must reside at the service address)
- New Class 1, 2, or 3 e-bike (pedals, under 750W)
- Purchased from a bike shop in the City of Pasadena
- Scooters, mopeds, segways, and conversion kits do not qualify
- Apply within 180 days of purchase
- Rebate cannot exceed the cost of the bike
What you need
- Detailed sales receipt
- Photo of the bike + serial number
- Signed PWP E-Bike Rebate Agreement Form
How to apply
- 1Buy your bike at Pedal Hut — you pay full price at checkout.
- 2Log in to your PWP account and submit your rebate application within 180 days.
- 3PWP mails your rebate check, typically 6–8 weeks after approval.
